Booking and Payment
Bookings are made through Google Calendar Appointment Schedules. Payment arrangements will be communicated upon booking confirmation. All lesson sessions must be paid for before the scheduled start time.
Cancellation Policy
- Free rescheduling or cancellation with 24+ hours notice.
- Cancellations under 24 hours are charged in full (treated as no-show).
- One free reschedule per booking; subsequent late changes incur fees.
No-Show Policy
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and forfeits payment.
- Two no-shows require prepayment for future bookings.
- Sessions expire 6 months from purchase for packages.
Service Details
Sessions are 60 minutes, conducted online via Google Meet (Randburg available by appointment). Availability depends on tutor's schedule. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Liability
We provide educational services as-is. Every1Accounts is not liable for outcomes or indirect damages. Force majeure events may lead to rescheduling without charge.
